Salaries are determined using an equitable compensation scale that accounts for years of experience relevant to the role, NYS initial or professional certification, and longevity within the KIPP network. The teacher should have at least 2 years of experience in teaching adults and should have zoom classroom management skills as well as in-person classroom management techniques.
