What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As a Physical Therapist, you will: Patient Care & Treatment • Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional goals, • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs, • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized interventions, • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies, • Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic condition management Clinical Documentation & Compliance • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations, • Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing documentation, • Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and safety protocols Collaboration & Communication • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals, • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams, • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews Professional Development • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and treatment techniques, • Attend continuing education courses and training sessions, • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, • Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently, • CPR/BLS certification (preferred) What We Offer • Competitive salary, • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, • Paid time off and holidays, • Continuing education reimbursement, • Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture, • Opportunities for career advancement Why Join Us?
