Job DescriptionAs part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things: • Providing an excellent guest experience, • Ensuring that great food is prepared & served, • Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful, • Managing inventory and money control systems, • Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach, • Recruiting staff, • Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security, • Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members, • Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes, • Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales, • Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales, • Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window, • Brand partnership discounts, • Scholarship Opportunities, • Opportunity to earn University course credits ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential. Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
