The Role We are seeking an organized, personable People Operations & Office Manager to be the day-to-day glue of our organization. This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid in their career who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, supporting people, and learning how internal operations work in a growing company. This is an operations-first role. While you do not need deep HR or labor law experience we will teach the right person our processes, systems, and expectations over time, HR background is preferred. You will be a key point of contact for employees, a welcoming presence in the office, and a trusted support partner to leadership.
