FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt JOB RELATIONSHIPS: Supervised by: Client Care Coordinator/RN Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential job duties for this position include the following items: Provide general attention to the non-medical needs of the client(s) following an established Service Plan/Care Plan. This may include personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, oral care, hair, and/or skincare. Assist client(s) in and out of bed, excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless trained and documented as competent. Assist client(s) with walking, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs, when applicable Provide meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required. Provide medication reminders. Remind clients to complete prescribed exercises when instructed by the appropriate health care professional. Remain in client vicinity at all times during shift and report any unusual incidents and act quickly in cases of emergency. Utilize the FLHC required time management system for Clock-in and Clock-out procedures when reporting for work and when clocking out from work. Document services delivered in accordance with FirstLight Home Care policies and procedures. Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the supervisor. Report any unusual incidents and act quickly in cases of emergency. Adhere to HIPAA regulations. Provide general companion care services, and homemaker services. Participate as requested in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of FirstLight’s services. Stay current with changing technology, including software programs. Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Looking for an instructor Tuesdays + Thursdays, 9:30-11:30 am, to teach/assist teach a Rock Steady Boxing class. $25-$30/hour. Rock Steady is a fitness class for people diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Class is 15-20 participants, ages 50-70, eager to move. Must be certified in CPR. Personal Training or GroupEx cert preferred, but not required. Candidate needs to be compassionate, encouraging and creative. Class follows a general format or warmup, walking, 40 minutes of boxing AND course work, cool down. Lots of fun.

In this energetic position, you will be responsible for handling the cannabis plant(s) after harvest by trimming the plant(s) with efficiency while maintaining the quality/integrity of the plant in order to maximize the harvest for retail/wholesale sales. This role offers an engaging environment where hands-on work, mechanical skills, and attention to detail come together to create a rewarding career in the cannabis industry. Duties Trim Room: • Must confirm that there is a written plant weight on each tag., • Mark trimmer column with designated trimmer number., • Hand trimming flower in preparation for lab testing, packaging and curing using shears, scissors, hands, etc., • Responsible for maintaining quality product while reaching daily quotas., • Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing trimmings to avoid contaminating product., • Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by managers to complete weekly team quota., • Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed an/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping with small tasks, cleaning and/or moving supplies and equipment and/or helping the packaging department or working at other locations as needed., • Able to produce min of 2 lbs. per day (113.4 grams per hour) Performs other related duties as assigned such as but not limited to: Packaging Room: • Assist with packaging when needed Pre-Roll Room: • Assist with making pre-rolls when needed Qualifications • Ability to work independently and in a group., • Strong work ethic: ability to adapt to adjusting workload and priority levels., • Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity., • Basic weights and measurement skills; ability to operate a scale., • Ability to sit and focus for long periods of time., • Operate with integrity and honesty., • Excellent communication skills., • Exceptional attention to detail, • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, • Ability to adhere to safety requirements., • Comfortable performing heavy lifting regularly in indoor farm settings This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the cannabis industry.
