Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience as a bar manager in a high-volume bar, live entertainment venue, or nightlife establishment. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams in fast-paced environments. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and inventory management systems.
