Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic services, supervise and train junior staff, and contribute to our ongoing commitment to professional excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Direct Clinical Care: • Provide 24 professional service units weekly, including individual, family, couples, parenting, and group therapy sessions., • Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT., • Diagnose mental health conditions, conduct assessments, and track client progress., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care., • Supervise graduate externs, interns, post-docs, or junior staff, providing at least one hour of supervision weekly., • Engage in training activities, such as conducting workshops or facilitating educational sessions., • Participate in ongoing training opportunities and earn continuing education credits., • Provide consultation services to schools, organizations, and corporations., • Doctoral degree in Psychology with a minimum of 5 years of clinical practice in CBT and DBT., • At least 2 years of supervisory experience., • Competency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders., • NY State license in good standing., • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills., • Competency in DBT with formal training and supervised clinical experience., • Active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships., • Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
