About the Position: We are seeking a reliable and versatile Warehouse Associate / Driver to support daily warehouse operations and material deliveries to job sites throughout the tri-state area. This role is a hands-on position that combines warehouse responsibilities, inventory management, and driving duties. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips, • Pick, pack, and stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects based on project schedules, • Maintain accurate inventory counts of all equipment, stock, and project-specific materials, • Organize and maintain warehouse layout, ensuring materials are stored properly and easily accessible, • Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant by maintaining clear aisles, organized staging areas, and debris-free floors, • Coordinate with project management and operations teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of materials, • Load, transport, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites across the tri-state area as needed, • Safely operate company vans and trucks while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies, • Assist with routine inventory counts, audits, and stock replenishment, • Support general warehouse operations and special projects as assigned, • Fostering an inclusive work culture that incorporates the Mason Family values Qualifications: • 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required, • Experience driving vans or light-duty trucks; CDL is a plus, • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified, • Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours based on business needs Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role involves a combination of warehouse and field responsibilities. Work is primarily performed in a warehouse setting with regular exposure to varying temperatures, as well as time spent driving and making deliveries to job sites throughout the tri-state area. The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials up to 50+ lbs. Employees may operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks and will regularly load and unload materials from company vehicles. The role also involves extended periods of driving and requires adherence to all safety protocols both in the warehouse and on job sites. Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, In-Person Expected Hours: 40-50 Hours per week We are currently only considering candidates who already live within commuting distance of our office. This role is not open to relocation and relocation assistance is not provided.
