Job Description About Us Springvale Apartments is a multi-family apartment community for independent adults aged 55 and over, located in a peaceful and well-maintained setting. Our office is seeking an Office Assistant who will play a key role in the daily operations of the property by assisting the Resident Manager, engaging with prospects, and supporting our valued residents. Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the rental office under the direction of the Resident Manager., • Respond promptly and professionally to all tenant inquiries, schedule appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents., • Support general office operations, including answering phones, organizing files, and assisting with correspondence., • High school diploma or GED required., • Personable, professional, and sales-oriented demeanor., • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook., • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, changing work environment., • Must be able to read, speak, and comprehend English clearly., • Ability to tour apartment units and property grounds (some units located on upper floors)., • Valid New York State driver’s license and insured vehicle required., • Motivated, dependable, and professional self-starter., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Active listener, detail-oriented, and positive team player. Position Overview School Security Officers play a critical role in maintaining a safe and orderly school environment. Officers will patrol premises, monitor for safety concerns, and serve as a visible and approachable presence for students and staff. Responsibilities • Carry out safety and security procedures, including site-specific policies and emergency response protocols, • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with students, staff, and visitors, • Conduct routine and random patrols of school grounds, entrances, and perimeters, • Monitor for suspicious activity, disturbances, or unauthorized access, • Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or critical situations, • Complete incident reports and communicate safety concerns to supervisors or law enforcement when needed Minimum Requirements • At least 18 years of age, • High School Diploma or GED, • Must hold a valid New York State Security Guard License, • Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, • Good physical condition to meet the demands of the role Preferred Experience (one or more): • 2+ years of full-time law enforcement experience, • 2+ years of military service (honorable discharge), • 3+ years of school security officer experience Perks & Benefits • $25.05/hour starting pay, • Weekly pay with direct deposit, • Free uniforms and training, • Flexible scheduling (part-time & per-diem available), • Life insurance coverage, • Career growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding company Equal Opportunity Employer Snoop Investigations & Security values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive, team-oriented workplace.
