Job DescriptionPosition 3 : Workday PMO & Solution Architect Perform Root Cause Analysis, Visualization& Corrective Action Go beyond surface-level assessments to identify and visualize the root causes of delays in timelines and deliverables Make complex project issues transparent and easy to understand for all stakeholders Proactively propose recovery plans to get the project back on track. Proactively formulate and present improvement plans to resolve critical issues and fix dysfunctional project management processes without needing manager supervision Actively engage in dialogue with various stakeholders across Vendor, HR, IT, and management to gather critical background information and deeply understand Client's specific requirements and problems to make solutions.
