Job Overview: The Senior Manager, Client Engagement & Project Management plays a pivotal leadership role within Pharmaron's Biometrics organization. This position blends strategic client engagement, pre-award collaboration, and end-to-end project leadership, serving as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring operational excellence across biometrics clinical programs. Reporting into Biometrics leadership, you will help shape client strategy, guide study execution from proposal through delivery, and drive long-term partnerships through high-quality, compliant, and efficient project management. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Business Partnership • Partner with Biometrics and Operations leadership to support client strategy and growth initiatives., • Identify and support opportunities to expand biometrics services across existing and new client engagements., • Participate in pre-award discussions including feasibility assessments, scope definition, timelines, and resource planning., • Collaborate closely with Commercial and Business Development teams to support proposal development from a biometrics perspective., • Translate client requirements into practical, executable biometrics project strategies., • Lead onboarding of new clients and studies, ensuring seamless transition from pre-award to execution., • Lead end-to-end project management for biometrics components of clinical studies., • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts., • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies., • Serve as the primary client point of contact for assigned projects., • Coordinate cross-functional teams including statistics, programming, data management, clinical operations, and quality., • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards., • Provide clear, consistent project updates to internal stakeholders and clients., • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Data Management, or a related discipline., • Bachelor's degree: 8+ years of experience in a Pharma or CRO environment, including 5+ years in project management., • Master's degree: 6+ years of experience in a Pharma or CRO environment, including 3+ years in project management., • Demonstrated experience managing client-facing biometrics or clinical projects within a CRO or similar environment., • Proven experience supporting late-phase clinical trials and regulatory submissions., • Prior hands-on experience in statistical programming or data management within clinical trials is highly preferred., • Strong knowledge of SOPs, WIs, ICH-GCP, and applicable global regulatory standards., • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills., • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
