We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with our team. Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our team. This role includes hands-on barista training and the opportunity for advancement to Shift Lead for strong performers. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks, • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, • Take accurate orders and process POS transactions, • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, • Restock products and assist with inventory needs, • Support daily café operations and collaborate with the team, • Uphold Haraz Coffee House quality, standards, and brand values Training Provided All baristas receive hands-on, in-depth training, including: • Espresso extraction fundamentals, • Milk steaming techniques, • Latte art practice (beginner to advanced), • Drink recipe mastery, • Workflow efficiency and station organization, • Customer service standards and café operations This role is ideal for someone eager to learn professional barista skills or expand their coffee knowledge.
