Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. * Professional Engineer (PE) license required. * 10+ years of structural engineering and project management experience in building design. * Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary design projects and leading teams. * Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, codes, and design practices. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Proficiency with structural design software and project management tools. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
