About the Role This role offers the opportunity to work on a multi-billion-dollar, ground-up development featuring modern facilities, secure infrastructure, below-grade parking, and an integrated public space. Responsibilities • Support project operations from buyout through closeout, working closely with field and management teams, • Assist with monthly billing, cost tracking, and cash flow projections, • Review mock-ups, shop drawings, and subcontractor submittals for compliance, • Track and coordinate non-compliance issues with QA/QC and field teams, • Ensure all completed work meets relevant specifications, codes, and contract documents, • Identify and help manage procurement of long-lead items and material deliveries, • Support document control, project safety, and environmental compliance, • Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in the preparation of work plans, • Help prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation, • Provide field support, including subcontractor coordination and on-site supervision as needed, • Assist in preparing and updating construction schedules, • Participate in the change order process and support claims documentation as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, • 10+ years of relevant construction experience, preferably on large-scale projects ($100M+) Required Skills • Strong knowledge of construction documents, cost reporting, and scheduling practices, • Familiarity with contract compliance, change order management, and claims processes, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Experience with project management software such as Procore and scheduling tools like Primavera P6, • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across field and office teams
