Job Description Automotive Technician A/Diag. or B+ Level Location: St. James, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay Structure: Hybrid - Guarantee with Production Incentives Earning Potential: $100K+ annually Position Summary Promotive is hiring a skilled A / Diagnostic Expert Level or strong B+ Automotive Technician for a well-established independent shop in St. James, NY. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with weekly pay, premium benefits, and hybrid pay structure (flat rate + guaranteed base). You'll step into a professional environment backed by 50+ years of trust in the community, working alongside a supportive team in a busy, tech-forward shop.
