    Date posted: January 31, 2026 Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour Job description: Office Manager / Bookkeeper Position Bergen County HVAC company is looking for a full time HVAC Office Manager and Bookkeeper who oversees daily administrative operations and financial records, combining scheduling, customer service, and accounting duties. This position would oversee different departments in the company and meet with the owner to go over reports and all numbers associated with projects and also with profitability of the company. Responsibilities: ● Scheduling & Dispatching: Coordinating field technicians, managing service calendars, and updating job tickets. ● Customer Service: Handling incoming client inquiries, scheduling service calls, and managing complaints. ● Have the ability to work with customers and employees. Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences ● Records Maintenance: Maintaining accurate service histories, client databases, and inventory tracking. ● Workflow Coordination: Overseeing daily office staff and improving administrative processes. ● Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, managing subcontractor payments, and invoicing customers for completed jobs. ● Accurately process financial transactions and pay invoices in a timely manner ● Managing weekly payroll with our software and maintaining employee records. ● Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, performing month-end close, and reconciling bank accounts. ● Reporting & Compliance: Assisting with tax preparation (sales tax, etc.) and maintaining compliance with insurance/licensing. Requirements & Qualifications: ● Software Proficiency: High-level expertise in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel). ● Experience: Proven experience in both office management and bookkeeping, ideally in a HVAC, Electrical or construction company field. Three years of prior bookkeeping experience ● Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. ● Education: Bachelor degree in business administration or accounting or finance is often preferred, but not always required.     Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman with experience in land surveying to prepare accurate survey drawings, plats, and maps from field data. The ideal candidate will work closely with surveyors and engineers to produce high-quality deliverables that support construction, development, and civil engineering projects.     Position Overview We’re looking for a skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to keep our production facility running smoothly. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing operation of our bottling line, plant equipment, and warehouse infrastructure. This includes preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, repairing production equipment, and keeping the entire facility—including refrigeration units, lifts, forklifts, lighting, and other building systems—in optimal working condition. This role requires flexibility across shifts and the ability to work independently as well as alongside our production teams to maintain efficiency, safety, and quality. The Maintenance Technician will also be involved in equipment changeovers, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. What You’ll Do The Maintenance Technician provides essential support to manufacturing and warehouse operations by maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and infrastructure, including: • Pasteurizer, • Bottling line equipment, • Electrical & electronic components, • Motors, pumps, compressors, chillers, • Conveyors and power transmission systems, • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems, • Refrigeration units, • Lighting and electrical systems, • Forklifts, lifts, and other warehouse equipment Key Responsibilities Preventative & Corrective Maintenance • Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance on production and facility equipment., • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems., • Maintain refrigeration systems, lighting, and warehouse equipment., • Repair and service forklifts, lifts, and other material-handling equipment, • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
