The position is part time, about 20-25 hours. Responsibilities • Prepare and assemble pizza orders efficiently, with kitchen food, slices, garlic knots, rice balls, and rolls. You will have to cut pizzas as they come out, label everything, and ensure everything is included in the order during packing and handoff., • Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity and attention to detail, • Take orders on paper without POS system and memorize prices., • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction, • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, including food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols, • Assist in food preparation tasks such as slicing pizza, assembling pizzas, and stocking supplies in a quick service environment, • Previous experience in pizzerias/restaurants is required., • Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items confidently. You must always be respectful to customers and get to know many of them. It is a community-centered pizzeria with many regulars., • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
