Job DescriptionDescription: The Transactions team at Curbline Properties is looking for an Analyst in New York City who will provide financial and analytical support in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties. We need an Analyst comfortable operating behind the scenes and being in the trenches of underwriting a high volume of retail assets with a focus on improving portfolio quality. The Analyst will live and breathe in Excel and Argus daily to prepare and review financial projections, pricing analyses, and due diligence for asset acquisitions and dispositions.
