Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues, harborage points, and potential entryways., • Accurately identify various types of pests, including insects, rodents, and other common household or structural pests., • Develop and implement customized pest control strategies and treatment plans using a variety of methods and products, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines., • Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely and efficiently, adhering to product labels and best practices., • Educate clients on pest prevention techniques, sanitation practices, and follow-up procedures., • Maintain accurate records of services performed, products used, and client interactions., • Manage and organize equipment, vehicles, and supplies., • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns professionally and effectively. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Pest Control Technician is highly preferred., • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record., • Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Commitment to safety protocols and environmental responsibility., • Physical ability to perform job duties, including bending, lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
