In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of the Reflections Program, including planning, organizing and coordinating special needs programs. You will also provide team member supervision and training, and act as a liaison and advocate for our residents and their families. This is a hands-on position requiring occasional participation in assisting residents with ADLs.
