Benefits/Perks • Flexible Schedule (Therapist Directed), • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, • 401(K) with Employer Matching, • PTO (Sick, Vacation, Bereavement), • CEU, Workshops, and Training Reimbursements, • Continuing Education Stipends, • Growth-Based Compensation, • Performance Bonuses Responsibilities • Provide clinical supervision to psychotherapists, ensuring adherence to evidence-based, • practices and agency policies, • Review and approve clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans, • Maintain a reduced caseload, providing therapy and support services to clients, • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development, • Lead staff meetings and training sessions, • Develop and implement new clinical programs, • Oversee crisis intervention services and provide direct support during high-risk cases, • Manage staff schedules and case assignments to ensure effective workflow, • Monitor client outcomes, staff productivity, and quality of care, • Address client complaints and ensure prompt resolution, • Participate in hiring and onboarding new clinical staff, • Develop and manage clinical program budgetsRequired Skills, • Advanced knowledge of clinical/counseling principles, supervision techniques, and mental health program management, • Experience providing clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists or clinical staff, • Expertise in various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, Client-Centered, etc.), • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and culturally competent practices, • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, • Knowledge of legal and ethical issues related to mental health practice, patient confidentiality, and compliance requirements, • Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, • Experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, • Experience with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or, • substance abuse treatment This is a remote position.
