This organization serves the mid-to-high-end residential market across North America and is known for its exceptional quality, strong brand presence, and commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience. As the Merchandising Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of in-store physical merchandising systems - including fixtures, displays, sample programs, and soft-surface product presentation. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, operational execution, and strategic planning, ensuring that merchandising initiatives support growth, brand consistency, and customer engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the nuts and bolts of merchandising, excels at managing complex projects, and enjoys working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Concept Development • Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies aligned with business goals., • Conduct ongoing market and trend research to support category and display decisions., • Collaborate with Marketing on visual concepts and POP materials for new product launches.2. Financial Planning & Vendor Management, • Negotiate pricing and manage contracts for merchandising and display materials., • Work closely with Finance to ensure initiatives align with budgets and forecasts., • Lead the RFQ process and oversee relationships with domestic and international suppliers., • Manage end-to-end production workflows with display and manufacturing partners.3. Development, Sampling & Production, • Oversee prototype development to ensure design intent and quality are maintained., • Partner with Inventory and Sample teams on sample board production, quantities, labeling, and ordering., • Approve merchandising designs prior to full-scale production., • Review order forms and sell sheets for accuracy.4. Deployment & Communication, • Communicate display timelines, logistics, and expectations to Commercial and Operations teams., • Lead merchandising planning and layout design for major trade shows and events., • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate build-outs and display execution., • Distribute finalized sell sheets for field and customer use.5.
