Key Responsibilities Product Specialist Duties: • Greet, check in, and assist customers with selecting cannabis products that best meet their needs, preferences, and budget while providing education on safe use., • Process payments, verify IDs and allotments, and ensure accuracy when fulfilling in-store and online orders., • Support daily inventory counts, maintain stocked sales floors, and complete necessary logs and reports., • Ensure ID verification and documentation of customer eligibility are accurate and compliant with regulations., • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment, including sales areas, restrooms, and parking lots. Provide administrative assistance as needed and support team operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude., • Stay current on new products, strains, and industry trends through Learn Brands and personal research to enhance customer interactions and product recommendations., • Safely transport cannabis products from cultivation or warehouse facilities to retail locations or customers, following all state compliance guidelines., • Verify orders, load vehicles securely, and maintain accurate delivery logs., • Follow security protocols during transport, including route planning and product handling., • Uphold excellent customer service standards during handoffs or deliveries., • Serve as backup coverage for either role, depending on operational needs., • Communicate effectively between retail and delivery teams to ensure seamless coordination., • Must be at least 21 years of age., • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and deliver excellent customer service., • Reliable driving record with the ability to safely operate company vehicles., • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment., • Previous retail, customer service, or delivery experience preferred.Work Environment & Schedule, • This role requires flexibility to work retail shifts, delivery routes, weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled., • Must maintain punctuality and consistent attendance to meet the operational needs of both roles.
