Veterinary Receptionist Modern state of the art veterinary hospital looking for Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist. Experience preferred but not required. On-the-job training provided. Basic expectations and responsibilities: • You must be caring, patient, willing and able to provide quality, compassionate care for our clients and their pets so that they are safe and comfortable., • You must be willing to work as a team player., • You must be reliable and on time for work., • You must be legal to work in the US., • Must be able to work evenings and weekends (not including Sunday)., • You must be able to communicate with clients adequately., • Skillful in answering high volumes of phone calls efficiently and politely., • Capability to learn and understand our practice management software., • Ability to function during stressful situations., • Follow instructions carefully., • Pay and hours to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
