Job Summary Hanover Bank is looking for a full-time Director of IT Infrastructure to join our team! The Director of IT Infrastructure is responsible for the strategic planning, design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Bank’s IT infrastructure environment. This includes network, server, cloud, storage, and end-user computing platforms. The role ensures high availability, performance, scalability, and security of all infrastructure systems in support of business operations and strategic initiatives. The Director will lead infrastructure modernization efforts, including cloud adoption and automation, while maintaining strong operational controls aligned with regulatory expectations. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities • Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., Azure)., • Oversee network architecture, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and connectivity to third-party vendors and core banking platforms., • Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities., • Manage infrastructure-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations tied to strategic initiatives., • Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory and audit requirements., • Oversee vendor management for infrastructure-related services, including MSPs, cloud providers, and hardware vendors., • Partner with Application, Data, and Innovation teams to support system integrations and enterprise technology initiatives., • Ensure proper capacity planning, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management of all infrastructure assets., • Lead incident response and problem management for infrastructure-related issues., • Manage and mentor infrastructure team members, including performance management and staff development., • Support budgeting and financial management of infrastructure spend, including CapEx and OpEx planning., • Maintain documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
