Utilizing the circuit map the inspector needs to test all metallic objects attached to a utility pole/structure for stray voltage using a HD LV-5 low voltage detector. A series of field audit questions are then entered into a handheld PDA GPS device to capture information required by the client. A typical inspection takes approximately 1-5 minutes to complete depending on the number of electrical attachments located at each structure. Employed by PAGNY for The Division of Correctional Health Services (CHS) of New York City Health + Hospitals (H+H) is responsible for the delivery of medical care, mental health care, and discharge planning in the jail system. Approximately 25% of new admissions per year to the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service. This service strives to provide safe, holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for the diverse range of mental health issues that face the population, from serious mental illness to the natural struggles that accompany incarceration. The service provides some of the most comprehensive and unique treatment modalities in the country, including specialty housing units for individuals with serious mental illness, a 24-hour on-call psychiatric service, robust creative arts programming, a strong DBT training program, clinics in each of the facilities, substance use treatment, integrated re- entry services, and relationships with multiple training institutions throughout the city. Staff physicians provide primary care to patients in jail-based clinics, perform intake evaluation and treatment and provide emergency care with the support of Emergency Medicine physicians. The healthcare system is a single-payer system that requires no physician time dedicated to billing. No administrative work is expected outside of work hours, promoting career/life balance. About Jericho Project Jericho Project is a nationally acclaimed nonprofit ending homelessness by enabling individuals and families experiencing homelessness to attain quality housing, employment, and mental and physical health services. About the Position Jericho Project is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Director of Government Contracts and Quality Assurance. The incumbent will be responsible for managing procurement, renewal and compliance reporting of a range of government grants and contracts. The selected individual will be critical in ensuring that programs have full knowledge of all contract requirements, that Jericho Project is compliant with all government grant-related reporting and regulations and that, based on execution of contracts and information provided to finance, billed revenue is maximized. Homeless (often mentally-ill and substance-abusing) men and women are provided with comprehensive services to stabilize their condition in order to successfully transition into to permanent and/or supported housing. CAMBA’s Rising Up Men’s Shelter is a 141 bed men’s employment shelter located in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. This shelter will provide an array of services with a strong focus on connections for residents to achieve stable employment to lead to permanent housing.
