Your Role: As the Director of Sales, your role includes leading all community sales efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through relationship-building, outreach, and strategic engagement. You’ll connect with prospective residents and families, develop referral networks, and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver an exceptional, resident-centered sales experience while driving business growth.
