Summary: New York Edge is looking for a Community School Assistant Director to assist with establishing a high and visible presence within the school building supporting the Community School Director in assuming a strong leadership role and holistic approach toward improving academic performances driven by strong, collaborative partnerships among principals, parents, teachers, and CBO’s throughout the school year. The Community Schools Assistant Director will assist in the overall administration and implementation of the Community Schools program under the supervision of the Community School Director including but not limited to: trainings, theme based projects, scheduling of activities, daily supervision of staff, record keeping and reporting, communicating with parents and organizing special events.
