Job DescriptionJob Title: Physical Therapist (Travel/Contract) Location: Hampton, GA 30228 Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | Day Shift Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments, • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities, • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs, • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care, • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment, • Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, including double-booked follow-ups, • Meet productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per weekQualifications, • Current Physical Therapist license (state-specific requirement applies), • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred), • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome), • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team About Navitas Healthcare, LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
