This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers while providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. You will assist with customer inquiries, order management, account support, and cross-functional communication to ensure exceptional customer experience.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking, communication, and problem-solving are essential to success.Responsibilities:, • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding products, orders, pricing, shipping, billing, returns, and company policies, • Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer service while resolving issues in a timely manner, • Enter, process, and maintain customer orders accurately within internal systems, • Monitor order status and communicate shipment updates, backorders, product availability, and delivery timelines, • Process returns, exchanges, refunds, replacements, and related documentation, • Maintain accurate customer records and account information, • Support Sales Representatives with account management, order processing, and customer communications, • Assist customers with purchase order planning based on inventory availability and lead times, • Prepare pricing sheets, product information, sales materials, and customer presentations, • Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities, • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Product Development, Marketing, Licensing, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, • Mail catalogs, samples, and marketing materials as requested, • Provide switchboard coverage and general administrative support when needed, • Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • 1–3 years of customer service, sales support, account management, or administrative experience, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset, • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, reporting) preferred, • Experience in retail, eCommerce, wholesale, distribution, or consumer products is a plus, • Ability to learn new software systems quickly and adapt to changing prioritiesBenefits and Perks:, • Pay: Based on Experience (BOE), • Medical, Vision, Dental available, • 401K and Referral Bonus Program, • Training and Growth OpportunitiesYour New Organization:Join a global leader in officially licensed sports and lifestyle merchandise with products featured by major retailers across the country.
