The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills What You will Do: • Support the CMM Programming technical team in ensuring product and process compliance by providing CMM Programming solutions per our quality systems and requirements, • Complete CMM Programming related requests, • Foster and maintain a cooperative relationship with Module Center departments including other Quality and Manufacturing personnel, • Drive product and process improvements, • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through use of CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence ) tools (Standard Work, DIVE {Define, Invesitigate, Verify, Ensure}, mistake proofing, etc.), • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years of experience in CMM programming or related expericence OR an Associate's degree and minimum 4 years of CMM progamming or related experience OR, • Vocational/technical education with a minimum of 6 years’ CMM programming or related experience, • Experience operating measurement devices, tools, systems and/or machines., • Experience using Microsoft Office, • U.S. citizenship is required, • Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Columbus, GA • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours., • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required. Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
