What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong advocacy skills, a sharp legal mind, and a passion for the law. Key Responsibilities: • Represent clients in criminal defense and civil litigation matters from intake to resolution., • Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including trial., • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs., • Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials., • Engage in client counseling, case strategy development, and negotiations., • 3-5 years of litigation experience (criminal and/or civil)., • Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle hearings and trials., • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills., • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively., • Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and give general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys, • Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action, • Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff, • Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations, • Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently, • Prepare for and conduct criminal hearings and trialsQualifications:, • Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base, • Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients, • Successful completion of the bar exam, • Competitive base salary + lucrative fee split structure., • Strong opportunities for career growth and partnership potential., • Collaborative and supportive work environment., • Hands-on experience and mentorship to sharpen your litigation skills.
