Maintain visual standards of the store, per merchandising manager directives, • Create a warm, welcoming, inspiring, and enthusiastic on-brand client experience, • Direct the receiving & shipping of product for the storeWho is this position for? Job Description Project Manager – High-End Electrical Construction experience is a must. We are currently seeking a Project Manager for an established Electrical Contractor with an office in Franklin Square and high-end electrical construction projects based in Manhattan. The right candidate must be able to commute to both locations as needed. Responsibilities of the Project Manager: * Oversee and manage all phases of multiple high-end electrical construction projects from inception through completion. * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. * Manage RFIs, RFPs, submittals, change orders, and all related project documentation. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and safety requirements. * Monitor progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on time and within budget. * Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and clients. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Train, mentor, and oversee Assistant Project Managers and support staff as needed. * Implement best practices in project management to improve efficiency and quality. Qualifications of the Project Manager: * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent related experience. * Minimum of 3–5 years of Project Management experience in NYC electrical construction; high-end residential or commercial experience strongly preferred. * Solid understanding of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and general construction concepts. * Strong blueprint reading and construction scheduling skills; familiarity with project management software is a plus. * Experience with Lutron lighting controls preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Must be a team player with the ability to effectively manage others and work collaboratively. * Ability to commute regularly to both Franklin Square office and project sites in Manhattan.
