Job Description We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include assisting with sales processes, maintaining accurate customer and sales data in our CRM system and supporting the sales team in their day-to-day activities to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment. This position is located in Syracuse, NY and requires onsite work. What you'll be doing: Sales Support • Assist the sales team with the processing and execution of contracts and other related documents., • Run sales reports and track sales metrics., • Data mine sales enablement systems (Zoom, GovSpend, Sales Navigator, etc.) and enter data into CRM system., • Assist with order entry and other related tasks that help drive sales and margin production., • Act as a liaison to subcontractors and partners in order to facilitate the quoting and sales process., • Work with internal team members across multiple departments to create efficiencies in the quoting and sales process., • Work closely with and perform ad hoc tasks for Sales leadership., • Occasional responsibilities and attendance at activities outside of normal work hours required., • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude., • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages., • Maintain employee mailboxes, office supply inventory and handle distribution of supplies to employees., • Maintain the common office areas; keep them stocked and in an organized manner., • Associate Degree., • Two years of sales support, customer service or administrative experience., • Prior experience supporting sales teams preferred., • Experience with CRM systems preferred., • Power BI experience preferred., • Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with others., • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity despite interruptions., • Ability to manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential., • Ability to work independently and efficiently., • Exhibit well developed interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills., • Strong MS Office skills., • Health insurance and prescription drug coverage, • Dental and Vision insurance, • Company-paid life insurance and voluntary life options, • Company paid short and long-term disability, • Critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity insurance, • Flexible spending accounts, • Pet insurance, • Traditional and Roth 401(k) retirement plan with company match, • Tuition reimbursement and Employee Assistance Program, • Paid vacation, sick/personal days and holidays, • State of the art office space, • Unlimited Starbucks coffee and flavored water, • Team building, • Volunteer opportunities, • Onsite gym, • Casual dress As a condition of employment, upon offer, candidates will be required to participate in a background check and complete a pre-employment drug screen.
