    Laundromat Attendant — Training $17– After Training $18.50-20.50/hr — Part-Time Danny’s Laundry Service is looking for a reliable part-time laundromat attendant to join our team. This is an active, fast-paced position in a clean, friendly, no-drama workplace. The job includes helping customers, processing wash-dry-fold laundry orders, folding, cleaning, using a simple register, and keeping the store running smoothly. This is not a sit-down cashier job. You will be standing, moving, cleaning, folding, lifting, and working with urgency throughout the shift. Pay Starting base pay is $17.00 per hour during the initial training period. After successfully completing the first 2 weeks of training, employees become eligible for our wash-dry-fold production bonus of $0.08 per pound. Productive employees who meet our quality and production standards typically earn about $18.50–$20.00 per hour with the production bonus. Employees who show 6 weeks of quality productivity and reliable attendance may increase to $17.50 per hour base pay, plus production bonus. Employees who show 4 months of quality productivity and reliable attendance may increase to $18.00 per hour base pay, plus production bonus. This job is on the books and all employees must be eligible to wokr in the U.S. Reliable attendance means showing up for scheduled shifts consistently, arriving on time, and avoiding call-outs except for true emergencies. Schedule We are currently hiring for part-time, 2 shifts per week. Additional shifts may become available for strong, reliable employees. Applicants must be able to work their scheduled shifts consistently. Frequent call-outs, repeated schedule changes, or recurring availability conflicts will not work for this position. Job Duties Responsibilities include: • Processing wash-dry-fold laundry orders, • Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry neatly, • Helping customers with friendly, professional service, • Using a simple POS/register system, • Cleaning machines, lint traps, counters, floors, bathroom, and customer areas, • Keeping the store organized and running smoothly, • Following instructions and quality-control standards, • Standing and working actively for most of the shift Requirements Applicants must: • Be at least 18 years old, • Have at least 1 year of consecutive work experience in any job, • Be reliable and punctual, • Be able to stand and work actively for an 8-hour shift, • Be able to lift up to 40 pounds, • Be comfortable cleaning, including bathrooms and laundry equipment, • Be able to follow directions and accept feedback, • Be friendly with customers, • Take pride in neat, high-quality work, • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Laundry, cleaning, retail, food service, customer service, or warehouse experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
