Job Description Lauren Peart - State Farm Agency, located in Glen Head, NY is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative- State Farm Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Glen Head, NY. This is an in-office position. Base Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 (based on experience) Commission + Bonus Opportunities: Uncapped earning potential tied to performance Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 – $75,000+ for top producers Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services, • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed, • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
