ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ronald Demyers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You drive the results by engaging the customer about what really matters. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Its Important that you have years of documented experience - this not an introductory role. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database., • Maintain required state Licenses (Life, Property, Casualty, and Health), • Assist customers in the completion of policy changes and inquiries., • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status., • Salespersons personality and training., • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance., • Ask questions that broaden understanding and create "We Care Relationships".QUALIFICATIONS:, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Absolutely must have dynamic personality and drive., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • A decision maker by training and desire., • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred (New York Life, Prudential, Liberty Mutual)., • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
