Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Work with the CN Guidance ACT Team to deliver services to those individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental illness and whose needs have not been met by more traditional service delivery approaches. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: A master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or related field. Licensure with the NYS Education Department in a specific field is preferred. Limited permits are required if not licensed. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Current New York State Driver's License, • Clean DMV Record, • Proof of Motor Vehicle Insurance EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two years' experience working with the chronically mentally ill (Masters level). Competency in substance abuse, family support, or vocational rehabilitation must be demonstrated by at least one year of training and/or experience in integrated mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • In absence of Team Leader, direct and supervise staff activities, lead team organizational and service planning meetings and provide direction to staff regarding individual cases., • Perform routine team duties, and have lead responsibility for integrating dual-recovery treatment, family support or vocational/employment training with the tasks of other team members., • Responsible for providing Assessment and Service Planning, Quality Assurance and Improvement Processes, Utilization Review, incident reporting and coordination between ACT and other systems., • Engage in performing assessments, case management, handling crisis intervention, and discharge planning., • Maintains case records and completing documentation on time and in a matter in compliance with federal, state and agency regulations., • Provides direct, Telehealth, face-to-face and/or collateral services to recipients either in the ACT Office or in the community in places and situations where problems arise., • Must be available (along with other members of the ACT Team) on an as needed basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including responsibility for periodic pager coverage., • Assists recipients in developing appropriate expectations from treatment., • Strengthens the ability of the recipient to understand and utilize therapy and find resources after treatment has ended through proper discharge planning and termination process., • Exchanges information with other agencies that benefits the recipient, or ensures compliance with regulations and coordination of services., • Utilizes and understand the value of supervision, which increases practice skills, promotes better services for the recipient and preserves accountability to the Agency., • Support the use of data in clinical supervision to inform decision-making, • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals, • Ability to cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views and experiences. Job DescriptionAPI is seeking seasoned professional to join our company in the role of an Account Director. The Account Director is the client’s main point of contact. This role will actively manage existing client relationships with our Airline, Cruise Line and Hotel partners; focused on the best interests of our clients and API at all times. This is a hybrid position (3 days in office / 2 days remote) and will be located at our Corporate HQ in Melville, NY. Sourcing • Oversee the direction of existing API accounts with the goal of maximizing prevailing relationships to expand market/wallet share versus pre-assigned revenue quota. This will include working closely with the Research & Sourcing teams to provide all details of a destination to ensure a seamless approach to sourcing the destination., • Assist with the sourcing of destinations by initiating the RFP process and being sensitive to supplier relationships., • Total responsibility for ensuring RFP results are documented in the customer destination presentation in an accurate, detail-oriented manner and the presentation meets the needs of the client, demonstrates a level of savings and meets the revenue goals of API., • Strategic planning and organizing in order to maximize API revenue, as well as client savings goals; including but not limited to sourcing timelines for expiring contracts and contract renewals. Delete inactive hotels. HotelExpress, • Ensure negotiated rates for Crew, Business and Leisure Travel and loaded and maintained properly on HotelExpress for clients. ACES, • Verify all hotel contract information is loaded properly into ACES for OPS and for Accounting., • Review ACES schedules monthly to ensure hotels are downloading their schedules. Assist OPS department with follow up with the hotels about the schedules., • Verify client back up list is accurate and loaded into ACES for OPS.
