We are looking for an experienced RN with a background in dermatology, procedural medicine, or a related specialty. Experience in a high-end dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, concierge medical, or luxury hospitality environment is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate has worked in a private practice, is comfortable supporting medical and cosmetic dermatology care, and is ready to contribute from day one. You will work closely with a board-certified dermatologist, support clinical care and patient flow under the physician’s direction, and help shape the standards of a growing practice. This is primarily a hands-on clinical support and nursing role—not an injector-track or exclusively procedure-focused position. The RN must be comfortable assisting the physician, following clearly assigned responsibilities, and contributing to all aspects of clinical operations, including room preparation, turnover, stocking, and maintaining an exceptionally clean and organized environment. The role is expected to include the performance of a select, limited group of procedures delegated by the physician. These may include treatments using advanced lasers, energy-based technologies, and other innovative devices. Each delegated procedure will be specifically designated by the physician and performed only after the RN has completed the required training, demonstrated competency, and satisfied applicable legal, safety, supervision, and practice-protocol requirements. Although the practice offers meaningful exposure to cutting-edge technologies, this is not a general cosmetic-procedure or injector-training position.
