Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Techno-Functional Job ID: 25-10681 Location: Newark, NJ, 07102 Duration: 06 months of contract We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Techno-Functional Consultant to join the Client ERP team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules and a proven track record of leading complex, full-cycle implementations in both technical and functional capacities. This role demands a unique blend of business process knowledge, hands-on technical expertise (data, reporting, integrations), and the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders in delivering scalable, cloud-first ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations—including solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support., • Analyze and document complex project financial processes and convert them into scalable, system-driven solutions using Oracle Cloud PPM modules., • Design and configure Oracle PPM modules: Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Enterprise Contracts, Grants Management, and related financial subledgers., • Execute data migration and reconciliation efforts using FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View, and Oracle SQL; ensure integrity between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems., • Develop, run, and troubleshoot data validation scripts and exception reports; proactively resolve data quality issues across modules., • Build and support custom dashboards, KPIs, and reports using OTBI, BIP, FRS, and Smart View to provide business-critical insights., • Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and support integrations (inbound/outbound) using REST APIs, SOAP services, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)., • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates—conduct impact analysis, regression testing, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth rollouts., • Provide subject matter expertise and end-user training for functional and data-related capabilities of Oracle PPM., • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and streamline project reporting, budgeting, and cost control functions.
