Job Description About the Role: This is a seasonal position. The Pool Operations Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality of swimming pools and aquatic facilities. This position involves regular monitoring and maintenance of pool water quality, equipment, and surrounding areas to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing pool systems, including filtration and heating equipment, to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, the role requires adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as effective communication with facility management and patrons. Ultimately, the Pool Operations Technician contributes to a positive recreational experience by maintaining high standards of pool operation and safety.
