Executive Summary The Divisional Vice President (DVP) is a high-stakes executive role responsible for the total business performance of Public Storage’s Northeast Division. As an SVP-level leader, you will own the P&L and strategic roadmap for a large multi-state territory spanning from Washington D.C. to Boston and surrounding areas. This role requires an elite operator who possesses the "field DNA" to understand granular store-level dynamics but maintains the "investor mindset" necessary to drive long-term asset value, market share, and technological transformation.
