Job Description Position Overview: Thrive is seeking a VP of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics in a high growth, acquisition driven environment. This leader will partner closely with the CFO and executive team to build a scalable FP&A function, deliver rigorous financial insights, and strengthen operational discipline across the business.
