Requirements: • Minimum of one year of experience leading a team in a fast-casual environment., • New York/ServSafe Food Manager Certification., • Strong leadership and communication skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks., • Passion for guest service and team development., • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules based on business needs., • Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day.
