We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role that combines the best of in-person and remote work. This is a permanent position where you will handle a diverse caseload and provide expert legal advice on a variety of family law issues. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the complexities of family law, including child custody, adoption, domestic relations, divorce, estate planning, and child support. Responsibilities: As a Family Law Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation, and arguing on behalf of clients., 2. Managing all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, estate planning, and child support., 3. Conducting research and analysis of legal problems, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses., 4. Drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as wills, trusts, contracts, and real estate agreements., 5. Negotiating settlements in civil disputes in the best interest of the client., 6. Counseling clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, keeping them informed about the legal process, and maintaining regular communication., 7. Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases., 8. Working collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best representation for our clients. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school., 2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association., 3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in family law with a strong background in child custody, adoption, domestic relations, divorce, estate planning, and child support., 4. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal principles clearly and effectively., 5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment., 6. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills., 7. High level of professionalism and confidentiality., 8. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite., 9. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-person client meetings and court appearances.
