This Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution across assigned customer accounts while driving service excellence, safety, sustainability, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. What Success Looks Like As an Operations Manager, you'll help drive success in the following areas: • Financial Performance - Maintaining budget adherence and operational efficiency, • Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) - Building engaged, motivated, and supported teams, • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) - Delivering exceptional service and issue resolution, • Quality & Compliance - Ensuring consistent service standards and inspection performance, • Safety - Promoting proactive risk prevention and EHS complianceWhat You Bring, • Minimum of 2 years of progressive operations experience, preferably in janitorial, facilities, or service-related industries, • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports, • Bilingual proficiency required: English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking), • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Physical Requirements, • Ability to perform physical activities required for operational oversight, with reasonable accommodations available, • Frequent walking and use of hands for handling tools and equipment, • Occasional standing, sitting, and repetitive motion, • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as neededWhy Verde?
