We are currently seeking a motivated front desk assistant to join our team. If you’re bilingual is a major plus for us, as a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing appointments, and providing outstanding customer service in English and Spanish (optional). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter the salon. - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries. - Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system. - Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently. - Process payments and manage transactions accurately. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. - Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with salon staff to promote services and products. Qualifications: - Fluent in English and Knowing Spanish is a Plus (written and spoken). - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software is a plus. - Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn.

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older Job requirements: Cook, prep, wash dishes, sweep & mop, sanitize. Everyone shares multiple duties. Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare the menu for service Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Arrange sauces and supplementary Ability to carry 15 to 25 lbs if necessary Restock items as needed throughout the shift Restaurant Experience 1-2 years Preferred Must be able to work days and/or evenings.
