MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • College degree preferred; Technical degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Arts desired., • Minimum three (3) years of experience in website communications, media and print publications, which includes flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials., • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Audition, web design/authoring programs, basic HTML, and Internet knowledge., • Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud tools with computer hardware., • Sound working knowledge of MS Office, ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., • Knowledge/expertise in current media-authoring programs., • Video and sound editing, animation skills, experience with software, • Knowledge of aviation industry helpful, • Fast-paced, dynamic work environment; collaboration with many teams, including some international., • Update and maintain Customer Service and MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility) web content, including on the customer portal., • Maintain Customer Service content section on company intranet., • Key player in promotion, presentation development, and execution of flagship annual customer seminars, including providing onsite support/interfacing with vendors, hotel staff and employees., • Work across Customer Service and MRO groups and with head office in France to develop new flyers, graphic designs, templates, layouts, and structure for various communications needs that meet brand standards., • Provide graphic design for employee e-newsletter, distributed to Customer Service team members across the Americas., • Coordinate with printer/mailhouse as needed for production jobs, including print magazine., • Prepare, produce and supervise production of special projects as assigned by company executives., • Photography duties for events, employee portraits; assist in photo shoot planning and conduct shoots., • Assist in livestreams of customer or employee-facing events, as needed., • Videography and audio recording as needed for various projects., • Use a sharp eye for enforcing brand guidelines., • Maintain digital archive of all department project assets., • Research possibilities for new applications/updates to currently used software. The compensation for this position typically falls between $75,000 and $90,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance. Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
