The Project Executive leads planning and delivery of a NYCHA RAD/PACT portfolio - often multiple developments and hundreds to thousands of units - through preconstruction, procurement, occupied rehab construction, commissioning/closeout, and warranty. Manage the subcontractor prequalification process. Oversee the maintenance of the master subcontractor list.
