We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Foreman to lead field crews on HVAC and plumbing projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills. What You'll Do • Lead and manage field crews to install HVAC and plumbing systems per plans and specs, • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and markups provided through Bluebeam, • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure material and labor needs are met, • Perform layout, pipefitting, duct installation, and system connections as needed, • Ensure the crew maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times, • Track daily progress and report updates and issues to the Project Manager, • Verify quality of work and adherence to Supreme's field standards, • Conduct site safety checks and enforce compliance with all safety protocols, • Manage material inventory and request supplies for upcoming phases of work, • Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members, • Identify and resolve field issues proactively, escalating when necessary, • 5+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing installation, with at least 2 years in a foreman or leadership role, • Deep understanding of commercial/industrial mechanical systems including Hydronics, Process Piping, and Med Gas, • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications, • Strong understanding of job site logistics, sequencing, and workflow, • Proficiency with layout tools, field measurements, and basic fabrication, • Experience with Bluebeam and familiarity with digital plan markups, • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, • Excellent communication and team leadership skills, • Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications, • Steady work on high-quality, large-scale projects, • Leadership development and advancement opportunities, • A team-first culture built on trust, performance, and pride Why Join Our Team?
